Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Salem, OR
PAY: $25.00/hour + bi-weekly bonuses
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | Generally 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Car Stipend: $275/month

Position Overview

Seeking an outgoing, customer-focused professional to generate leads and schedule appointments through customer engagement at retail locations and community events.

Responsibilities

Engage customers and generate qualified leads
Schedule appointments from generated leads
Work at designated Home Depot and Lowe’s locations
Represent the company at home shows, fairs, and other events
Set up and maintain promotional booths and displays
Provide basic product and service information
Build rapport with customers, store associates, and managers

Territory

The territory covers the Salem area, south to Albany and north to Tigard. Travel between locations and events is required.

Requirements

2+ years of lead generation experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energetic, friendly, and comfortable approaching customers
Professional demeanor
Strong time-management skills
Reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check
Ability to stand/walk for most of the day and lift up to 45 pounds
