Salary: $25.00 to $30.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a cutting-edge engineering and contract manufacturing company in the Irvine, CA area. This is a full-time contract opportunity starting at $25.00 to $30.00/hour. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing
• Accounts payable and receivable support
• Process payments
• Help with check runs
• Related administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

• One year of related experience or training/education
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken/written)
• QuickBooks knowledge a benefit
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel user
• Professional, positive and friendly personality
• Associates degree a benefit
