Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable CDL-A Flatbed Driver for a local delivery position. This is a great opportunity for an experienced driver who wants to be home every night while earning competitive pay. With overtime, drivers can earn approximately $60,000–$80,000 per year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle with a flatbed trailer.
• Make local deliveries to customers and job sites.
• Properly load, secure, and transport materials according to DOT and company safety requirements.
• Inspect vehicle and trailer before and after each trip.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Safely secure and handle cargo.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and other personnel.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work environment.
• Perform other driving and delivery duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CDL-A driving experience required.
• Previous flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to safely secure and transport loads.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage local delivery routes.

Schedule & Compensation

• Local delivery – home every night
• Full-time position
• Overtime available
• Estimated annual earnings: $60,000–$80,000 with overtime

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely enter and exit the truck and trailer.
• Ability to inspect and secure loads.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with flatbed deliveries, including securing cargo.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach, and climb as required to safely perform job duties.

Important: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of recent CDL-A driving experience to be considered. Flatbed experience is preferred.
