Machine Operator

Located in Verona, WI

Salary: $20 - $22/hr.

We are seeking a Machine Operator that is positive, self-driven and detail-oriented to join to join the team of our client a printing company in Verona.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• In this role you will operate and handle lamination and die cutting machines that support the products we offer, both stock and custom.
• Experience in a production environment operating different types of machines; printing, laminating, die-cutting experience a plus
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform setup, and consistently run machines at rated speeds or better
• Provide quality product within allotted time to meet internal and external customer demand
• Proven experience to perform and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Perform general and preventative maintenance on machines
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, ability to work within a team
• Comfortable working on computers and different software systems
• Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift up to 10 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with the ability to adjust focus.

Schedule: Full time, 1st shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, available for overtime when necessary.

 

Pay: Starting at $20/hr. based on experience
