We are seeking dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to assist with the setup and teardown of high-end events during our busy weekend season. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, creating beautiful event spaces, and being part of a professional event production team.

Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Event Setup & Teardown Associate
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Primarily weekends, with occasional weekday opportunities
• Location: Based in the Southwest Chicagoland area with travel to event venues

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event furniture, décor, and rental equipment
• Arrange tabletop items, place settings, linens, centerpieces, and event accessories
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Ensure event spaces are set according to design specifications
• Handle rental inventory with care and attention to detail
• Assist with post-event teardown and venue cleanup

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move furniture and event equipment
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Prior event, hospitality, warehouse, or moving experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
