  • Generate and issue invoices to clients and customers.
  • Record incoming payments from checks, ACH, online portals, or wire transfers.
  • Monitor aging reports to track overdue accounts.
  • Perform collections by following up with clients on past-due balances.
Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders or receiving documents.
  • Schedule and execute payments via checks, ACH, or electronic transfers.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Answer vendor inquiries regarding payment status
