1st Shift Assignment: Temp-to-Perm
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer with experience in outside construction work. This role involves sealing concrete cracks, carrying concrete bags, and supporting outdoor jobsite tasks in a physically demanding environment.
Seal cracks in concrete and assist with basic repair work
Carry and lift concrete bags and materials (up to 50 lbs)
Perform general outdoor labor duties
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Stand, walk, lift, and work outdoors for the full shift
Follow instructions and support the construction team
Use strong attention to detail to ensure quality work
Apply construction labor basics on site
Experience in outside construction labor required
Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all conditions
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
Strong attention to detail
