Customer Service Representative

Located in Richmond, CA

Salary: $23/hr

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to work on site in Richmond, CA. This role is looking for someone who can ensure that all questions and requests are addressed effectively and in a timely manner. This role is also responsible for order entry processes. This is a Monday-Friday; 8AM-4:30PM on-site position in a factory setting. 

Qualifications/Responsibilities: 

• Proficiency in using Sales Force is required 
• Proficiency in Epicor is preferred 
• Follow all company personal policies and procedures 
• Manage large amounts of emails and minimal phone calls
