Senior CNC Lathe Machinist 

 Lafayette, LA | $25+/Hr. DOE

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior CNC Lathe Machinist in Lafayette, LA. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC lathe setup and operation experience and be able to produce quality parts to print with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes

• Read and interpret machining drawings

• Select tooling and set offsets

• Troubleshoot machining issues

• Work with various materials and applications

• Inspect finished parts and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of CNC lathe experience preferred

• Y-Axis knowledge is a plus

• Haas CNC lathe experience is a plus

• Strong machining and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Quality-focused and detail-oriented

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

• Currently working 48 hours per week

Pay

• $25+/Hr. DOE based on skill level
