General Laborer - Construction

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4:45 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime: Weekends and additional hours as needed

A busy construction materials and quarry operation is hiring dependable General Laborers. This is a hands-on outdoor position ideal for candidates with experience in construction, quarry, plant, equipment, or general labor work.

What You'll Do

• Perform general labor and plant cleanup
• Move, lift, and carry tools, materials, and supplies
• Assist with operating vehicles, machinery, and equipment
• Perform basic equipment lubrication and maintenance
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
• Work safely around plant and heavy equipment
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures
• Assist operators and team members as needed

What We're Looking For

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable climbing ladders, bending, stooping, and walking on rough terrain
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather
• Construction, quarry, plant, or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Able to follow safety rules and equipment instructions
• Reliable attendance and ability to report by 4:45 AM
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
