Now Hiring: Press Operator

Pay: $18.30 per Hour
Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Press Operator. This position is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production press equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts for quality defects and ensure specifications are met
• Stack completed parts and prepare them for the next stage of production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Remove debris and dispose of trash to support a safe workplace
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to identify quality concerns and defects
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing or press operation experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Ability to work in a production environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations
