Express is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a manufacturing organization in New Kensington!

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong manufacturing or industrial background? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization in a strategic HR role supporting plant leadership and employees across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with management, handling employee relations, analyzing HR data, and providing guidance on a variety of HR matters.

Full-time opportunity | Primarily based in New Kensington with regular travel to additional company locations

Job Duties of the Human Resources Business Partner:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to management and employees across multiple locations
• Assist leadership with a variety of workplace and personnel matters
• Answer questions and provide guidance regarding company policies and general HR procedures
• Help address employee concerns and assist with resolving workplace issues
• Participate in investigations and help document employee-related matters when needed
• Maintain and update employee information and personnel records
• Assist with employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, separations, and compensation updates
• Prepare HR-related correspondence and documentation as needed
• Assist with payroll-related information and administrative processes
• Utilize HR systems to enter, update, and retrieve employee information
• Help ensure HR practices and procedures are applied consistently throughout the organization
• Visit other company locations as needed to provide HR support and maintain strong working relationships
• Assist with HR projects, programs, and initiatives
• Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Human Resources Business Partner:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong manufacturing or industrial HR experience required
• Previous experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
• Experience working directly with plant or operations leadership
