What You'll Do

• Support daily sales operations within a building materials distribution center
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal teams
• Process and coordinate customer orders from entry to fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to a positive team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience required
• Knowledge of building materials, roofing, HVAC, siding, mechanical, or industrial products is a plus
• Construction industry experience is beneficial
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
