Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join a growing transportation and logistics operation specializing in last mile delivery, freight transportation, medical supply delivery, airport freight delivery, and commercial route driving.

This role is ideal for experienced Delivery Drivers, Box Truck Drivers, Route Drivers, Non-CDL Drivers, Medical Couriers, Commercial Drivers, and Last Mile Delivery Drivers who are comfortable using technology, managing freight, and providing outstanding service. Candidates should have strong navigation skills, experience operating delivery vehicles, and the ability to safely handle freight in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver, responsibilities include:

• Operate designated delivery routes using sprinter vans and 26-foot box trucks while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Complete orders and required documentation digitally using mobile applications, electronic logging devices (ELD), navigation software, and company technology platforms.
• Perform thorough pre-trip inspections and maintain Driver Daily Logbooks while adhering to Hours-of-Service regulations.
• Utilize manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, stair-climber hand trucks, ratchet straps, and e-straps to safely move and secure freight.
• Safely navigate urban, suburban, airport, healthcare, commercial, and industrial delivery environments.
• Use technology effectively for route planning, delivery tracking, communication, and task completion.
• Candidates with experience using freight, routing, or HR applications are preferred.

Required Qualifications

• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required.
• Must be at least 24 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience, including experience operating box trucks, delivery vans, or similar commercial vehicles.
• Must possess a valid Class D driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement (preferred) 
• Valid DOT Medical Card and Long Form with an expiration date at least 30 days beyond hire date.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIR).
