ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLER

This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving the assembly, wiring, and installation of electrical components and systems. Candidates must be comfortable working from detailed technical drawings and have actual experience reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Requirements:

✅ Must have experience reading electrical blueprints and schematics
✅ Previous electrical assembly, wiring, panel wiring, or industrial electrical experience strongly preferred
✅ Understanding of electrical components, wiring, and connections
✅ Experience using electrical and mechanical hand tools
✅ Ability to follow detailed drawings and specifications
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality
✅ Ability to troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical components according to drawings and specifications
• Install and connect wires, cables, terminals, switches, relays, breakers, and other components
• Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical connections
• Build and wire electrical panels and control boxes
• Measure, cut, strip, crimp, terminate, and route wiring
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies
• Use basic electrical testing equipment when required
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper wiring and workmanship
• Troubleshoot basic wiring and assembly issues
• Follow work orders, diagrams, and production instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Previous experience as an Electrical Assembler, Electrical Technician, Panel Wirer, Control Panel Builder, Industrial Electrician Helper, Electrical Wiring Technician, or Electromechanical Assembler is encouraged.
