Salary: $25-$30/hour

We are recruiting for an Electromechanical Assembly Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This is a position focused on electrical assembly and precision manufacturing.

 

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Hand-solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Inspect completed PCBs and assemblies for defects and quality.
• Use soldering irons, microscopes, magnifying equipment, tweezers, and other assembly tools.
• Perform basic machining using lathes, end mills, drill presses, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist with resolving production problems.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly work and materials used.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow established quality and safety procedures.

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous electrical or electronic assembly experience
• Hands-on soldering experience and familiarity with PCBs
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Strong math skills and ability to work with imperial and metric measurements.
• Familiarity with electronic components and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic machining experience is preferred.

 

Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM (flexibility available)
