Production Operator / Manufacturing Associate

Our client is seeking reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but the right attitude and aptitude are more important than extensive experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist with a variety of production and manufacturing processes
• Perform assembly, deburring, packaging, and machine operation tasks
• Inspect parts and products for quality and accuracy
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Help maintain efficient production flow throughout the shift 

What We're Looking For

• Energetic and always willing to stay productive
• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• Good eyesight and ability to identify very small defects or details
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift (except scheduled breaks)
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
