Position: Pick & Pack / Distribution Center Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our team. This position will initially focus on picking and packing orders, with the opportunity to learn and take on additional responsibilities within the distribution center.

 

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify products, quantities, and order information
• Label and organize packages
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and company procedures
• Assist with other distribution center duties as needed
• Learn additional warehouse functions and responsibilities as training is provided

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, pick/pack, or order fulfillment experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
