Production Associate

1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Shift $16.00 per Hour All Safety Equipment Provided

Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a manufacturing team? We are seeking a Production Associate to perform general production and facility support duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep floors and maintain a clean work environment
• Empty trash containers and manage rag bin exchange/replenishment
• Paint and prepare dies for production
• Pick up and store timber used in the die finishing area
• Manufacture rubber plugs
• Wipe heavy grease from dies and machined surfaces using cleaning rags
• Assist with tearing down setups after plating operations
• Help load and unload trucks (lifting up to 50 lbs.)
• Use air wands to dry dies after processing
• Remove rust from machined surfaces as needed
• Perform lead net weaving
• Support full-time employees with various production and material handling tasks

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
