3rd Shift Material Handler – Forklift / Pick Pack / Order Processing
Frankfort, KY | Full-Time | Sunday–Thursday

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 3rd Shift Material Handler for a manufacturing facility in Frankfort, KY. This position will spend the majority of the shift pulling and staging orders in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and safety are extremely important.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of recent sit-down forklift operating experience to be considered.

Schedule:
Sunday–Thursday
8:00 PM–6:30 AM
Approximately 50 hours per week

Pay:

• Starting base rate: $21.25/hr
• Additional $1.00/hr 3rd shift differential
• Base rate increases to $22.25/hr at 90 days from full-time hire
• Base rate increases to $23.50/hr at 1 year from full-time hire
• Shift differential is paid in addition to the base rate

Responsibilities:

• Pull and stage orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate a sit-down forklift throughout the facility
• Pick, pack, and process orders
• Move and stage materials as needed
• Verify orders and materials for accuracy
• Perform physically demanding material-handling duties, including lifting
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recent sit-down forklift operating experience REQUIRED
• Previous material handling, order picking, pick/pack, warehouse, or order-processing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lifting
• Strong attendance and punctuality required
• Steady and dependable work history
• Must be able to work the full Sunday–Thursday overnight schedule
