Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated, personable and results-driven sales representative to join our clients flooring and cabinet company. The ideal candidate enjoys working with homeowners, understanding their remodeling needs, and helping them select the right flooring and cabinetry solutions for their home. The position is responsible for generating and following up on leads, meeting with customers, providing product recommendations and estimates, and guiding customers from the initial consultation through the sale.

Previous sales experience in flooring, cabinets, countertops, remodeling, construction, or home improvements is preferred but willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven to close sales but understands that great sales start with great customer service. You should be comfortable asking questions, building trust, following up, overcoming objections, and helping customers make confident decisions about their home improvement projects.
