General Laborer – Solar Panel Assembly

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–5:45 PM
Hours: 4 days / 40 hours per week
Work Environment: Outdoor jobsite

Job Description

We are hiring General Laborers to assist with the installation and assembly of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on position that involves working outdoors and using basic hand tools to bolt and secure solar panels and related components together.

Responsibilities

Assemble and bolt solar panels and mounting components together.
Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow instructions and safety procedures at the jobsite.
Lift, carry, and position materials as needed.
Work as part of a team to complete solar installation projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be comfortable working outside all day, including in Florida heat and changing weather conditions.
Must be OK working on an outdoor construction/jobsite environment.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and move materials as required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
Previous construction, solar, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.

4 days × 10 hours = 40 hours per week
