Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk with Customer Service experience for a growing manufacturing company in City of Industry, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will support daily accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Salary: $22

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Enter and maintain accurate accounting and customer information
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
• Research and resolve billing and account discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
• Assist with general ledger and month-end activities
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide general accounting and administrative support

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
• Customer service experience in a professional environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
