Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead a fast-paced dispatch operation supporting field-based services.

This hands-on leadership role oversees daily scheduling and dispatch operations while developing a strong, accountable team and coordinating between customers, field employees, and internal departments.

Must have previous dispatch AND management/supervisory experience to be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of dispatchers.
• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient coverage and customer commitments are met.
• Monitor staffing, workloads, service demands, and changing priorities.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, service issues, and operational challenges.
• Establish and improve dispatch procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Partner with operations, field leadership, customer service, sales, and other departments.
• Track performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service.
• Support employee training, development, performance management, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dispatch experience required.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, logistics, transportation, field services, or similar operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with dispatch or scheduling software.
• Experience in transportation, construction, environmental services, or other field-based industries is a plus.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
