The Central Supply Technician Assistant will support daily central supply operations by cleaning and sanitizing sample dishes, completing documentation, filing records, and assisting with department needs. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow sanitation procedures, and a willingness to learn. The employee will train on the AM shift.
