• Equipment Setup & Operation: Perform proper setup, calibration, and efficient operation of production machinery and aerosol line equipment for daily runs.

• Line Monitoring & Adjustments: Monitor production equipment continuously and make precise adjustments during runs according to established process sheets.

• Material & Fill Verification: Ensure required components and materials are accurately placed according to specific job fill records.

• Line Efficiency: Maintain steady production flow while troubleshooting minor line issues as they arise.

• Safety & Station Care: Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment around the line in compliance with safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Machine Operation Experience: Prior experience operating production or manufacturing machinery preferred.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow written fill records, track component specs, and maintain product quality.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfort using hand tools, monitoring machine settings, and making operational line adjustments.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move along the line for full shifts.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Berkeley, MO 63134.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
