Customer Service Representative- Retail (Pool & Spa) 

We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team at a local pool and spa company in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. This full-time, in-person position combines customer service and retail sales with inventory support and general store operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist Customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
• Coordinate product deliveries to customers. 
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles. 
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Unload incoming shipments. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Customer service skills and good phone etiquette.
