About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a Returns Customer Service Clerk to join our client’s team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage external and internal email accounts

Assisting customers with returns on damaged goods

Entering and processing customer returns authorizations

Generate and track claims within an internal software portal

Filing claims and returns authorizations to venders and carriers

Communicating with the sales departments on status of returns

Maintaining spreadsheets and reports

      

 

Required Qualifications

          Basic LTL and shipping knowledge

          Ability to multitask and prioritize needs 

          Strong computer skills
