Position: Production Helper (Hourly)
Location: Orem, UT |
Hours: 12-hour shift
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Pay Rate: 20.87-21.37
Core Duties
Machinery & Materials: Load/unload fencing molds, operate lift carts, and prepare raw materials.
Safety & Standards: Follow safety rules, wear PPE, inspect gear, and report hazards immediately.
Daily Workflow: Hit production targets, keep work areas clean, and participate in shift handoffs and pre-shift meetings.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Manufacturing background and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but will train.
Physical: Lift/push up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and withstand high noise, heat, and cold.
Schedule: Day Shift/Swing Shift
