• Quality Control Inspection: Visually inspect finished components for proper fitting, defects, and overall build accuracy before packaging.

• Station Safety & Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with plant safety standards while wearing provided PPE.

• Blueprint Reading: Ability to follow basic, entry-level assembly schematics, diagrams, and written production sheets.

• Hand Dexterity: High fine-motor skills for handling small parts, using pliers, and feeding materials into machine stations.

• Detail Focus: Sharp eye for visual inspection to catch minor alignment issues or component flaws.

• Reliability: Solid attendance, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Overland, MO 63114.
