Looking for a dependable, hands-on position with a growing manufacturer? We are seeking motivated General Labor Associates to join our production team on 1st Shift.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay:

• $15.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Perform barring operations on shafts
• Move and organize housing carts throughout the production area
• Tear and prepare foam pieces for production use
• Conduct thread checking inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout an 8-hour shift
• Capable of lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and good work ethic
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
