Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a property management team. The ideal candidate will have strong general maintenance skills and the ability to handle a variety of apartment and property maintenance needs.

🛠️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apartment make-readies and turnover maintenance
• Painting and touch-ups
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Repair and maintain appliances
• Groundskeeping and general property maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property

⭐ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous apartment/property maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repairs
• HVAC Certification is a plus
• Pool Certification is a plus
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

💰 PAY: $35–$40/HR DOE
