Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Yard Technician to join a growing team! We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious individual who is comfortable working around equipment and assisting with general yard and shop operations.

🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage
• Document incoming and outgoing equipment
• Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning
• Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment
• Maintain equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures
• Perform general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s culture and standards
• Assist with various other duties as assigned by the General Manager

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• Dependable and hardworking
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment
• Able to safely load and unload equipment
• Previous yard, warehouse, equipment, or mechanical experience is a plus
