What You Will Do

• Powder Coating Application: Apply high-quality powder coat finishes to fabricated metal parts of various shapes, sizes, and colors according to production schedules.

• Pre-Treatment & Titration: Prepare metal surfaces for coating by monitoring wash solutions, chemical baths, and water titration levels.

• Quality & Mil Spec Inspection: Perform detailed quality checks to verify proper paint adhesion, full surface coverage, and exact mil thickness specifications.

• Material Handling & Line Prep: Stage incoming raw materials, complete line documentation, operate material handling equipment, and rotate across 4–5 versatile stations along the paint line.

• Chemical Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation while strictly following chemical storage and environmental safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of industrial manufacturing, paint line, or powder coating experience required.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrostatic powder spray equipment, surface pre-treatment, and chemical safety protocols.

• Quality Focus: Sharp eye for visual inspection, measuring mil specs, and verifying coating durability.

• Versatility & Physical Ability: Comfort standing, bending, lifting, and rotating across multiple production line tasks.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic, daily punctuality, and dependable transportation to Maryland Heights, MO 63146.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
