Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking 7 Downhole Tool Specialists to join a growing team in Midland, TX.

Position Overview

The Downhole Tool Specialist will assist with the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of downhole tools under strict supervision. This position will work closely with field representatives and customers to coordinate the preparation, delivery, pickup, maintenance, and testing of Cyclops Setting Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with QA/QC of all tools under strict supervision
• Coordinate with customer field representatives for Cyclops Setting Tool pickup and delivery to field locations
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and test setting tools according to applicable work instructions
• Document all work steps accurately through company software
• Assist with providing technical support to customers regarding setting tools
• Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available and properly maintained
• Assist with order processing through ERP software and warehouse operations
• Assist with shipping and receiving downhole tools
• Assist with delivery and pickup of tools as needed
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

• Ability to work independently when assigned tasks
• Previous oilfield or downhole tool experience is a plus, but not required depending on experience
