A company in Covington, LA is seeking a dependable Truck Driver for a part-time temporary position. This opportunity is expected to run from mid-September through November and offers a flexible schedule of approximately 2-3 days per week.

Job Duties

• Drive a 26-foot box truck to make deliveries within a 100-mile radius
• Start routes early, with departures before 7:30 AM
• Load and unload rolling racks at delivery locations
• Safely operate a liftgate
• Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all safety and driving regulations

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Class A or Class B CDL welcomed
• Previous experience driving a 26-foot box truck preferred
• Ability to load, unload, and handle rolling racks and delivery equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working early morning hours
• Strong attention to safety and customer service

Pay & Schedule

• $21.00 per hour
• Part-time temporary position
• Approximately 2-3 days per week
• Assignment runs from mid-September through November
