Warehouse Team Lead

 

Location: Manassas, VA
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and support a productive, organized, and safe work environment.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates during daily operations
• Assign tasks and help ensure work is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Communicate effectively with management and warehouse staff
• Help resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
