Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main HR resource for employees and managers, answering questions and providing support.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and conducting investigations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.
• Manage HR systems, training records, and other administrative HR functions.
• Partner with leadership to support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Help create a positive employee experience through recognition, communication, and team-focused initiatives.

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility at all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

 

Preferred

• Experience with Dayforce or similar HR systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar).
