Shift: September 24-27, 2026 | day shifts and evening shifts available 

Event Staff Opportunity

We are hiring dependable Event Staff to support a local county fair and event venue. This short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work and are comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced event environment.

Must-Haves

• Ability to follow directions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event clean-up and grounds maintenance
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the event grounds
• Empty garbage bins and replace liners
• Clean tables, seating areas, and common spaces
• Move tables, chairs, and event equipment as needed
• Support general event operations and other assigned tasks
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests

Qualifications & Skills

• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform a variety of event support tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and reaching
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
