Apartment complex seeking a temporary Maintenance Helper to assist with general property maintenance and repairs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs
• Complete general property upkeep
• Help prepare apartments as needed
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Follow work orders and maintenance instructions

Requirements:

• Basic maintenance or handyman experience
• Comfortable using common tools
• Dependable and able to work independently
