Event Staff Opportunity

We are hiring friendly and dependable Event Staff to support parking operations during a local event. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with the public, providing directions, and helping create a positive experience for event guests.

As Event Staff, you will assist with ADA parking operations, direct guests to appropriate parking areas, and help ensure fair patrons are parking safely and correctly throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with ADA parking operations
• Direct vehicles to designated parking areas
• Ensure patrons are parking in appropriate locations
• Communicate when parking areas have reached capacity
• Provide directions and assistance to event guests
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude
• Follow event procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly and comfortable interacting with the public
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain attentive in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work outdoors for the duration of the shift

Experience

• Entry-level opportunity
• Customer service, event staff, parking attendant, or guest services experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to remain active and alert throughout the workday
