Inside Sales Representative/ Account Representative

Located in Indianapolis, IN

Salary: $48k-$60k

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment is now partnered with a south side company to direct hire an Inside Sales/Account Representative!

Job Summary/Company Information:

• This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and customers
• Communicating with the operations team on behalf of the customer
• Up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate
• Assisting the outside sales team with order entry and processing of orders
• Solving customer delivery and material challenges
• Entering quotes and job pricing into the system
• Maintaining customer database both individually and on a team
• All other duties as assigned and working in a team environment

Pay/Benefits: 

• $48k-$60k based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm

Job Requirements:

• High level Customer service and/or inside sales experience!
• Experience with metals is a plus!
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Must be thick-skinned and able to deal with difficult situations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-player with a positive attitude and solid time-management ability
• Must be excited to learn new things and grow with the company!
