Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• This is an outside sales position - bilingual in Spanish required. 
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Represent a dental client professionally and positively throughout the local community.
• Conduct daily community outreach activities to increase awareness of client's services and locations.
• Engage directly with prospective patients and families to introduce client and explain available dental and orthodontic services.
• Conduct neighborhood canvassing and grassroots marketing activities within assigned territories.
• Visit local businesses, schools, childcare centers, apartment communities, retail locations, community organizations, and other potential referral partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners to identify opportunities for future outreach, events, and patient referrals.
• Participate in festivals, school events, health fairs, community gatherings, retail events, and other local marketing activities.
• Set up, maintain, and break down promotional booths, displays, signage, marketing materials, and event equipment.
• Distribute approved marketing materials and promotional items to community members and local organizations.
• Deliver brief presentations and educational information regarding oral health, dental services, and the benefits of establishing ongoing dental care.
• Proactively approach and engage potential patients in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
• Generate qualified new patient leads through face-to-face outreach and community engagement.
• Encourage interested individuals and families to take the next step toward scheduling appointments or learning more about the client.
• Meet or exceed established weekly and monthly outreach, lead-generation, and brand-awareness goals.
• Track outreach activity, contacts, leads, event participation, and other required performance metrics.
• Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager regarding outreach activity, community feedback, opportunities, and results.
• Participate in daily or scheduled team check-ins, either in person or by phone.
• Maintain knowledge of client's services, locations, promotions, and key patient messaging.
• Identify new businesses, organizations, events, neighborhoods, and community partnerships that could create additional outreach opportunities.
• Assist the marketing team with special promotions, new-office initiatives, grand openings, and other community marketing campaigns.
• Maintain promotional materials and ensure adequate supplies are available for scheduled outreach activities.
• Transport marketing materials and event supplies to and from community events and outreach locations.
• Travel throughout the assigned metro area to conduct outreach activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the client brand.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, marketing guidelines, and applicable patient privacy requirements.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.
