Job Title: Production/Repack Department 

Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay: $18.00/hour 
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 3 days on / 3 days off, then 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating schedule)

 

About the Role
We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join a manufacturing team on the Repack side of operations. This role combines production floor sanitation, equipment cleaning, and hands-on packaging/palletizing work. It's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company through a temp-to-hire pathway, with strong overtime earning potential.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Clean production machines
• Empty drain baskets
• Take trash to designated trash areas
• Keep production floors clean; wash floors as needed
• Remove broken pallets and take them outside
• Foam drains as needed (training provided)
• Palletize product
• Work on the packaging line

Requirements & Expectations

• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds
• Non-slip shoes required (floors can become very wet)
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule (3-on/3-off, 4-on/4-off)
