Full-cycle Bookkeeper needed for local company,

Full time, Monday through Friday

8am-5pm

$21-$26/HR DOE

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded correctly
• Bring books to trial balance
• Complete tax forms
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll
• Oversee and help prepare quarterly reports including W-2’s and 1096 yearend forms
• Prepare monthly financial statements from C21system
• Prepare final year-end financial reports for accounting firm to file final corporate taxes
