Job Summary
The Seasonal General Laborer supports daily operations during peak harvest and processing seasons. This position performs a variety of manual labor tasks, assists with product handling, and helps maintain safe and efficient operations. Work is performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, handling, and moving agricultural products and materials.
• Load, unload, stack, and organize products, supplies, and equipment.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties in outdoor work areas.
• Operate basic tools and equipment as trained and authorized.
• Assist with yard operations and other seasonal production activities.
• Monitor work areas for safety hazards and report concerns promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational goals.
• Support harvest-season activities and other peak workload periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in agriculture, general labor, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and humid conditions.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Work Environment This position is performed primarily outdoors in an agricultural and industrial setting. Employees may be exposed to dust, dirt, moving equipment, loud noises, and varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, cold temperatures, and rain.
