Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17–$21/hour, based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Powder Coater to join our team. The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts using powder coating equipment. The ideal candidate has good attention to detail, takes pride in quality work, and is comfortable working in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and hanging parts as needed
• Apply powder coating using spray equipment
• Inspect finished parts for proper coverage, color, and overall quality
• Load and unload parts from racks and production areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment operating guidelines
• Perform other general production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Manufacturing, painting, or production experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
