Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals in Waterloo is seeking a Concrete Laborer to join a local construction team. This position involves assisting with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing while supporting daily job site operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing
• Operate tools and equipment safely on job sites
• Support crew members with daily tasks
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow directions and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous concrete experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow directions
• Team-oriented attitude
• Reliable attendance

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the day
• Ability to perform labor-intensive work in an outdoor environment
