We are seeking a dependable Install Helper to assist with the installation of garage doors for both residential and commercial clients. This role involves working closely with experienced installers to ensure smooth and efficient installation processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, possess basic tool-handling skills, and be eager to learn and grow within the company.

Duties

• Assist experienced installers with the installation of garage roll-up doors, including residential and commercial projects.
• Handle and operate basic tools such as wrenches, drills, tape measures, and other hand or power tools as needed.
• Support in preparing work sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools.
• Follow safety protocols and work safely in outdoor environments, including working in heat conditions.
• Help ensure installations are completed accurately and efficiently according to project specifications.
• Maintain a clean work area during and after installations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Complete weekly time tracking as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• No prior background or experience required; training will be provided on-site.
• Ability to pass a drug screening test.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and various weather conditions.
• Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong work ethic with attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
• Must be able to handle basic tools confidently and safely.
