Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lamination Department Associate to join our team. This position involves pulling, organizing, and moving lamination materials to support daily production. No previous lamination experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize lamination materials according to production requirements
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move materials within the department
• Properly handle and store lamination products and materials
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Assist with other warehouse and departmental duties as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new tasks and follow instructions
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous lamination is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position

This is a hands-on material handling position—it does not involve operating a lamination machine.
